Go to where it says change setting, make sure back up is turned on, and follow the wizard. You can safe on an external hard drive or DVDS. Then click on back up files, and select that items that you want to back up. Click start now, and if you ever need to repair your computer, or restore a file, all you have to do is click on restore files. If you need a repair disc instert a DVD, and click create a repair disc. This may take twenty to thirty minutes, but is a very useful tool.
